What we are looking for

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities and creating new revenue growth. You will engage with potential clients, understand their payment needs, and present our solutions. You will be working closely with the Marketing Team and the BDM team. We look for candidates that speak fluent French or English and at least one of the following languages : German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian.

What you will do with us

You will join a dynamic team and be part of the Sales Department under the supervision of your team lead. Your main activities will be :

Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.

  • Utilize various tools and strategies (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events) to generate new leads.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.

Client Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ payment processing challenges and requirements.

Solution Presentation

  • Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients.

  • Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions effectively.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.

  • Track and document all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Collaboraration

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.

Reporting

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

  • Analyze and report on trends and performance to identify areas for improvement.

You are the perfect candidate if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Fluency in Italian.

  • Appetite for fintech topics.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
