The International Testing Agency (ITA) is an international organisation constituted as an independent not-for-profit foundation based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Its mission is to protect the integrity of sport and the health of athletes by delivering high-quality antidoping programs to International Sports Federations (IFs), Major Event Organisers (MEOs) and Anti-Doping Organisations (ADOs) that seek increased transparency and independence. In addition, he/she will support the Legal Department in research, drafting of correspondence and briefs in the scope of anti-doping matters. ,

  • Academic degree of Bachelor of Laws or Master’s in Sports Law.
  • 0-2 years of working experience as a lawyer (in-house or law firm).
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigorous and methodical approach.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong sense of service and confidentiality.
  • Team spirit.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel in particular as well as other MS Office tools).
  • The ITA Budapest Branch Office can only offer cooperation to people whose permanent residence is in Hungary, and have citizenship from EU or EFTA member states.

  • Bar association membership.
  • Strong interest and/or participation in sport, with a sensitivity to sports ethics and the issue of doping in sport.
  • Good knowledge and experience with the Olympic movement, the institutions and overall anti-doping policy.
  • Working proficiency in other languages, especially in French.
