💡 Your role in a nutshell:As a Junior Marketing & Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our company’s image both internally and externally. Working closely with the People Team, you’ll help create and implement marketing and employer branding strategies that attract top talent, engage employees, and highlight our company culture. If you are a creative person who loves designing eye-catching visuals, writing engaging copy, and planning exciting events, we’d love to have you on board.
No need to be super experienced-just bring your passion and enthusiasm!🤌 Your key responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative materials, including graphics, presentations, banners, website copy, and social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook). Collaborate with graphic designers as needed.
• Event Management: Assist with promotional activities, focusing on company events like Townhalls and VML Day.
• Employer Branding & Marketing: Design and implement initiatives to attract and retain top talent. Lead local initiatives such as CSR programs.
• Internal Communications: Oversee internal communications via channels like MS Teams and internal newsletters.
• Recruitment Marketing: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to create and execute effective recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Creative Development: Produce creative materials for various internal and external communication purposes.

🔑 What you need to be successful:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Social Media, Marketing Communications, Employer Branding, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a corporate setting or an advertising agency.
• Solid understanding of marketing and employer branding principles.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Polish.A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on both planning and execution.

Software Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or DALL-E.
• Experience with website CMS is a plus.
