We hope to spread our #hylandlife philosophy here, create a vibrant culture where employees can feel connected to each other regardless of their work location and where positive work environment is defined by employees’ happiness, health and engagement.Currently we are looking for a Junior/Mid Contract Compliance Analyst, who will join International Legal/Sourcing Team.What you will be doingThe Contract Compliance Analyst 2 is responsible for the creation maintenance documentation and support of contract compliance policies and procedures. This position will collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful completion of compliance and audit activities related to the company’s contract compliance obligations.Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract records with oversight related to all contracts including reviewing contract for obligations to be tracked for the business and completing post-contract tasks.
  • After a contract is executed, perform post-close tasks with oversight for all contract types. This includes reviewing contractual commitments, applying knowledge of contract structures, language, and interpretation, and documenting those commitments in the appropriate systems of record.
  • Perform contract search projects based on audit scopes provided from stakeholders and document contract obligations discovered through the search projects.
  • Participate in internal compliance audits to assess the company’s posture against contractual obligations including but not limited to running reports to audit documented obligations and collaborating with internal departments to review and identify process improvements.
  • Assist in researching contract compliance requirements for internal users systems and end users.
  • Provide insights on possible controls to manage risks and identify gaps with minimal oversight; track mitigation activities with control owners.
  • Work with legal management to assist with regard to contractual compliance obligations required by other internal departments through communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Assist legal leadership in reviewing work processes with control owners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Document the department’s contract compliance policies and procedures.

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • Experience with contract structures, language and interpretation
  • Good knowledge of systems administration
  • Good knowledge of Contract Compliance
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Good collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
