As a Junior Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading projects or large work packages using your project management toolbox and leadership skills.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Organizing project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements.
  • Providing clear goals and purpose for the project and the project team members, supporting key decisions throughout the project, including milestones.
  • Creating effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, selecting and applying essential project management tools and methods.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher academic education in a relevant field, preferably in engineering and/or construction with a focus on Project Management, supplemented with relevant student work experience.
  • Previous experience in project management, preferably within engineering and construction.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methods.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to learn the Novo Nordisk Way of project management.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Danish is considered highly beneficial.
