• Zbieraniem potrzeb szkoleniowych od Liderów, Managerów oraz Dyrektorów poszczególnych obszarów organizacyjnych i przygotowywaniem na tej podstawie kalendarza szkoleń i innych inicjatyw rozwojowych.
• Kompleksowym zarządzaniem procesem szkoleniowym: koordynacja kontaktów z dostawcami, analiza i porównanie ofert, ustalanie terminów, organizacja listy uczestników, dystrybucja zaproszeń oraz materiałów szkoleniowych, przeprowadzanie badań ewaluacyjnych.
• Koordynacją organizacji corocznych wydarzeń szkoleniowych: Dzień BHP, Dni Różnorodności, Tydzień Nauki, Tydzień Zdrowia, power speeche.
• Monitorowanie i zarządzanie budżetem szkoleniowym.
• Regularnym monitorowaniem statusu szkoleń obligatoryjnych.
• Organizacją szkoleń językowych we współpracy ze szkołą językową: administracja wniosków, monitorowanie frekwencji, przygotowywanie raportów.
• Przygotowywaniem pakietów komunikacyjnych oraz materiałów graficznych dotyczących inicjatyw szkoleniowych.

• Swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim.

• Znajomość narzędzi MS Office.
• Umiejętności obsługi Canvy do przygotowywania materiałów graficznych i komunikacyjnych – mile widziane.
