Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Test Lead automatisation pour intégrer l’équipe Client&Sales.
Votre opportunité
Vous serez responsable des tests du périmètre d’automatisation Client & Sales et de la qualité de la bonne intégration des nouveaux composants dans les systèmes Kering Tech. En tant que leader de l’équipe Test automatisés Client & Sales (Application Salesforce / Luce / wire), vous animerez, coacherez les membres de l’équipe test dans la démarche d’automatisation. Vous aurez à identifier les périmètres de test, les organiser, les exécuter et faire exécuter par les membres de l’équipe.
A l’aide de votre expérience, vous vous assurerez que les test QA auront un rythme permettant l’atteinte de nos objectifs planning et d’industrialisation avec un haut niveau de qualité.
Comment vous allez contribuer
Reporting au Test Lead Domain, vous aurez à collaborer avec les Business & IT leaders des Logistics Systems et Streams ainsi qu’avec les owner des applications (Du domaine client & Sales, legacy applications, BI, data hub, intégration platforms, contractors) et de l’équipe Architecture.
Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec le centre d’excellence testing (Testing Factory), vous aurez la responsabilité d’appliquer et faire appliquer les standards et bonnes pratiques.
Vous aurez à :
Leader des ressources projets testing (ressources externes)
Faire avancer les projets de tests, les exécuter conformément au planning et dans un haut niveau de qualité.
Automatiser les tests dans une démarche continuous delivery
Communiquer report et alerter
Définir les besoins techniques, fonctionnels et les critères d’acceptance pour cibler les niveaux de qualité attendus
Contribuer à la stratégie de test et organiser les tests au niveau global
Participer à la formation de l’équipe, constituer une équipe forte, capable de challenger les solutions et problèmes rencontrés
Préparer les phases de test
Suivre les phases d’execution de test (IST, Performance et automatisation)
Travailler en collaboration avec le centre d’excellence testing factory pour fournir et suivre les bonnes pratiques
Avoir une démarche d’automatisation (approche continuous testing)

Automaticien avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience + Lead 3ans xp
Tech skills: JIRA / Xray (test repository / Dashboard modules), orienté automatisation (Selenium / APIUM), Un expert du test reconnu comme référent
Orienté approche BDD
Soft skills: Agile, leadership, orienté solution
Ayant l’habitude de travailler dans des contextes multi-applications / multi-projets et de bout en bout
Pro-actif (orienté résultats et engagement)
Très bonne communication (écrite et orale), mindset facilitateur pouvant intervenir quel que soit l’interlocuteur (business, fonctionnels et techniques)
Autonome et team spirit

We are currently seeking a Test Automation Lead for Client & Sales scope to join our team.
Your opportunity
You will lead the testing Client & Sales automated scope and be accountable for the quality of integration of new / modified components in Kering Tech Systems. You will act as a Servant Leader for the Team to provide them with all the elements they need to perform the best job possible. You will have to organize tests for Client & Sales testing projects to run them and give visibility to them. With your valuable experience, you will ensure the QA Testing will go one step further on their tests industrialization and automation.
How you will contribute
Reports to: Test Lead Domain / Head of test factory EMEA
You will also collaborate with the Business & IT leaders of all Systems and Streams, the owners of existing applications (SAP, legacy applications, BI, data hub, integration platforms, contractors) and the Architecture team.
In collaboration with the QA Testing Center of Excellence team, you take the responsibility for applying the technologies and standards validated.
You will:
Lead Testing Projects resources (External consultant)
Manage test projects and run them according to the plan in a high level of quality
Communicate with Test Managers for cross-project needs
Provide Reports
Define the inputs needed by the team members to ensure the defined level of quality
Build change management strategies, keeping solutions to standard
Contribute to projects on their Testing Strategy and organization
Preparation of Test Scope (Scenarios and Test Scripts)
Follow up on Test script creation and validation
Test campaign creation and roll-out
Follow up on Test executions for all test phases(IST, Performance & Regression)
Defects Management – Triage and Resolution follow-up
Ensure Test coverage on Gaps and Business Processes
Participate in training and building a strong team able to challenge any proposal
Automate and Execute test cases (50% of your activity)
Work in collaboration with Test Factory Center of Excellence to provide and follow best practices

Who you are
A Test lead for at least 10 years
Tech skills: JIRA / Xray (test repository / dashboard module), automation oriented (Selenium / Appium,Tosca is a plus), BDD
A testing expert recognized as a referent (Automation / Perf / functional testing).
BDD approach oriented
Soft skills: Agility, Drive and leadership, solution focus skills
Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups) especially when interacting with different levels of business
A change agent, flexible, a trusted advisor, committed and transparent
