Purpose of Role

We are looking for a person that fits in our motivated and dynamic sales team. Your responsibility will be to manage and develop one of our key Pan European Account.

We are looking for a person with a significant experience in the key account management, preferably in the sport/lifestyle industry. This role requires a strong sales mindset, an entrepreneurial attitude and a great team spirit. The teammate will evolve in an international environment collaborating with different functions. You are ready to play a key role to make Under Armour one of the top sport brands in France and EMEA.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant une expérience significative dans la gestion de comptes stratégiques, de préférence dans l’industrie du sport/lifestyle. Ce rôle nécessite des qualités commerciales, une attitude entrepreneuriale et un grand esprit d’équipe. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international en collaboration avec différentes fonctions. Vous êtes prêt à jouer un rôle clé pour faire d’Under Armour l’une des principales marques de sport en France et en Europe.

Your Impact

  • Understand Under Armour overall – business unit and category objectives and strategies

  • Manage and develop Under Armour account revenue

  • Develop and run specific projects to support the business

  • Build strong relationship with the account and deliver first class service level

  • Establish and maintain a strong internal communication and relationship with the line Managers and X-functions (account service, finance, planning, merchandising, marketing)

  • Identify and convert business opportunities

  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations internally and with the account

  • Develop a long term strategy and negotiate yearly budgets / trade terms

  • Ensure excellent instore implementation of assortments

  • Analyze sell out data to improve mutual business results throughout the season

  • Excellent order management resulting in 100% delivery of the targets

  • Understand and apply the Under Armour segmentation and differentiation policy

  • Follow company policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations

  • Établir et maintenir une communication interne et une relation solide avec le manager et les fonctions transversales (service client, finance, planification, merchandising, marketing)

  • Identifier et convertir les opportunités commerciales

  • Préparer et réaliser des présentations de vente en interne et avec le compte

  • Développer une stratégie à long terme et négocier les budgets annuels / conditions commerciales

  • Assurer une excellente mise en œuvre en magasin des assortiments

  • Analyser les données de vente pour optimiser les résultats

  • Excellente gestion des commandes résultant en une livraison à 100% des objectifs

  • Comprendre et appliquer la politique de segmentation et de différenciation d’Under Armour

  • Suivre les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise

  • Effectuer d’autres tâches assignées

  • Pratiquer l’honnêteté et l’intégrité dans les relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs

Qualifications

  • Educated to master’s degree level is preferred – minimum a bachelor’s degree is required

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience

  • Highly self-motivated and well organized

  • Superior communication and persuasion skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Fluent in French

  • Very good communication skills in English

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente

  • Fluent en anglais
