The Position
As a Key Account Manager you will develop and implement a strategic plan for business growth within the pharmacy segment specifically targeting the Obesity therapy area. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key pharmacy stakeholders. This position is 70% field based (whole country) with an office presence 2 days per week.

Your main accountabilities will be:

-Educating pharmacy staff about the company’s Obesity therapy products, their benefits, and their place in treating obesity. Providing ongoing support to pharmacies, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that pharmacies have the necessary resources to effectively promote and sell the company’s Obesity therapy products.
-Driving sales and revenue growth within the pharmacy channel by identifying opportunities for product placement, promotions, and other sales initiatives.
-Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pharmacy performance metrics to identify opportunities and potential threats.
-Ensuring that all activities within the pharmacy channel comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
-Working closely with marketing, medical affairs, sales, and other relevant teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a cohesive approach to business development within the pharmacy segment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

-At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
-University degree, preferably related to medicine, bioscience or pharmacy.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Entrepreneurial drive. You are proactive and accountable, with a clear drive for delivery of your plan.
-Fluent English and Croatian language.
-Driving licence.
-Good knowledge of MS Office.
