An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Secretary to join Clinical Division B, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Service to support the Older Adult Psychology & Neuropsychology MH Department.The successful candidate will provide day to day secretarial and administrative support. This post requires previous sustained secretarial/administrative work experience as essential, preferably gained in a similar environment. Medical secretarial/Team secretarial experience is desirable, as is the European Computer Driving Licence. Candidates should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 Standard Grades or equivalent including English Language.Audio typing, reception duties, setting up systems, producing reports, maintaining diary management, experience of MS Office, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, good team working and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential for this post.Informal enquiries to Natalie Lawrence, Assistant Support Manager, or Natalie Lawrence, Assistant Support Manager, Royal Cornhill Hospital.
