Looking for a Customer Service Returned Packages for a the Dutch office of a leading international Reverse Supply Chain Provider. Within this position it is important that you are solution-oriented and service minded.Do you have strong admin skills and do you like to work with electronics? Are you fluent in English and do you know basic Dutch? And do you get energy out of solving problems? Then I would like to get in contact with you!BeschrijvingResponsibilities Customer Service RepresentativeWithin the position of Customer Service Returned Packages you are responsible for all questions and problems the customer faces. This entails;

• Handling retuned packages;
• Provide information of the products and services;
• Daily Contact with logistics service partner
• Do check ups on returned products (electronics);
• May be required to work on special projects as needs arise.

RequirementsRequirements Customer Service Returned PackagesThe Customer Service Representative we are looking for has the following requirements;

• Secondary vocational education;
• Service minded;
• High energy;
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• 6 months to 1 year of customer service preferred in call center environment.

SalarisThe offerYou will be part of the start of a new office within an International organization. The salary will be between €2500 and €2800 gross per month based on 40 hours. Because you have to handle the product working from home is not possible.
