Strong knowledge of phonics schemes (e.g. Little Wandle, Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds)
Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
Confident in supporting pupils’ early reading, writing, and numeracy development
Adaptable and flexible in your approach to suit the needs of individual pupils
Excellent communication and collaboration skills – a true team player
Experience in using formative and summative assessment to drive progress
Passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
