Responsibilities:
Pioneering Innovation: Lead the exploration and implementation of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in data management, analytics, and wireless solutions within the DWS domain. Your primary mandate will be to conceive and develop a game-changing new technology that will redefine industry standards.
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the DWS team, guiding the creation of forward-thinking solutions aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives. Your vision and expertise in technology research will shape the trajectory of our innovation efforts as we strive to achieve unprecedented breakthroughs.
Architectural Design Excellence: Architect and design next-generation data warehouse infrastructure and wireless solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of technology research to integrate the new technology seamlessly into every aspect of our architecture. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our solutions are not just cutting-edge but truly revolutionary.
Collaborative Innovation: Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing, working closely with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions addressing diverse data and wireless needs. Your role as a PhD-level engineer will empower you to inspire and guide our teams towards achieving unparalleled levels of innovation.
R&D Project Planning: Utilize your extensive background in technology research, akin to that of a PhD-level engineer, to lead R&D project planning efforts. Drawing on your deep insights into emerging technologies and industry trends, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at advancing our new technology and establishing our client as a pioneer in the field.
Architecture Innovation: Undertake research on architecture innovation and key technologies development, leveraging your expertise in technology research to drive the development and integration of our new technology. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of data and wireless solutions.
Research Collaboration: Collaborate closely with top researchers in the industrial and academic sectors, participating in cutting-edge research on issues in the database domain. Your role as a PhD-level engineer will position you as a key player in driving forward the understanding and application of our new technology through collaborative efforts.

Requirements:
Around 15 to 20 years of experience, including both academic and industrial experience, with a proven track record of technology research and innovation.
Background and working experience in the Data warehouse related field, preferably candidates already functioning as senior technical level in targete
