Land and Property Manager vacancy

  • Two-year fixed term
  • Full time or part time by negotiation
  • NJC scale points 26-30 (£32,909 – £36,294 pro rata) dependent on experience
  • Based in Great Malvern, Worcestershire

The Malvern Hills Trust owns and manages 1,200 hectares of this iconic landscape ranging from
suburban green space in the heart of Malvern to remote hill land.

We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee all aspects of the Trust’s property
management in line with the Malvern Hills Acts. Reporting to the CEO, the candidate will be
responsible for the safe provision of visitor infrastructure, boundary and real property
management, land acquisition, licensing and planning across the estate.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Educated to a degree standard or equivalent by experience
  • Hold a chartered surveyor qualification or be working towards it
  • A member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS
  • Collaborative and have a customer-focussed mindset
  • A good negotiator
  • Full valid UK driving licence.
