Location – Northampton, Northamptonshire, MidlandsSkills: Salesforce, Business Processes, Business Process Analyst, Requirements Capture, Business Analysis, Business Change, Finance Systems, Financial Services, Prince 2, Project Management, AgileThis advanced financial Services organisation based near Northampton, Northamptonshire are looking to add a Lead Business Analyst to work on the implementation of Business Change projects whilst managing a team of Business Analysts & Testerd. Ideally, the Lead Business Analyst will have extensive experience of operating as a Business Process Analyst across the full project lifecycle, ideally within Financial services industry & you must have Salesforce experience. You will have worked across multiple methodologies including Waterfall, Agile & DevOps and have certifications preferably in ISEB, Lean Prince 2, CBAP or Six Sigma.Core experience for this Lead Business Analyst role
- Must be a Lead Business Analyst with experience of operating as a Business Process Analyst for 5+ years across full project lifecycle, within Financial Services is essential for this role.
- Salesforce experience is essential
- Experience delivering Operational Design (Business-Processes), process re-engineering and supporting business-change projects.
- Business Analysis qualification (i.e., ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Project Management qualification (i.e., Prince II) is highly desirable.
- Experience across multiple delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall and Dev Ops
