Reperio have partnered with a leading healthcare company seeking a Lead Data Scientist for a 12-month contract.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement machine learning models to support clinical decision-making, risk stratification, resource planning, and patient engagement.Collaborate with clinicians, product managers, and IT teams to translate healthcare needs into data solutions.Develop reproducible, interpretable, and ethical models in line with responsible AI principles.Present insights and model outcomes to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.RequirementsMSc or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in data science.Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI.
