We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.As a Combustor Case & Frames Material Plan & Execution Specialist you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules and plan and schedule material/production needs.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsabilitiesManage master planning, material processes, and systems to ensure timely updates to production schedules and purchasing needsEnsure operational alignment with production plans and key performance indicators (KPIs)Optimize inventory levels and drive process improvementsLead and develop a team, including staffing and performance managementApply technical expertise and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategiesStay informed on best practices and integrate them with other functions, while being aware of market competition and differentiatorsExercise judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cyclesUtilize multiple internal and limited external sources to make informed decisionsServe as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirementsCommunicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues, fostering team consensus and skill developmentQualifications/RequirementsMaster’s degree in Management, Mechanical or Aerospace EngineeringProven experience in a material planner role within manufacturingProficient knowledge of SAPKnowledge of the aerospace industry best practices and competitive landscapeFluency in Italian and EnglishWork Visa in accordance with local regulations is requiredDesired CharacteristicsProven experience in master planning, material processes, and systems managementStrong analytical and technical skillsDemonstrated ability to manage and develop a teamEffective problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutionsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
