Job description
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Lead Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Billingham, Stockton on a permanent basis 4 days/week. The role will involve:
- Full ownership of the companies wellbeing platform
- Employee engagement with wellbeing initiatives
- Ownership of the clients chronic condition management and prevention programme
- Physical Demand Analysis
- Workplace assessments
- Case Management
- Health Surveillance
- Pre-employment screening
- Fitness to work assessments
- Advise on physical and mental health issues
To apply you will need to be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience.Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 pro rata + Benefits
