Job Summary

As a Sales and Operations Lead, your role would be pivotal in the following three key areas:

-Fleet Sales: Driving sales, establishing brand presence, and developing strategic relationships with fleet customers.
-Long-term Rental Strategy/Subscription Leasing: Promoting and managing flexible leasing solutions to expand the customer base and introduce a wider audience to EVs without the commitment of ownership. By introducing a subscription leasing model, your role would aim to make EV adoption accessible, flexible, and appealing to a broader customer base, positioning the start-up as a leader in the evolving EV market.
-Export/GTM Sales Operations: Enabling a smooth and scalable sales process for new markets. You would focus on creating and implementing efficient systems, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to accelerate growth.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Education Specifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree preferred

Experience Requirements

•    Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives in new markets.
•    Proficient written and verbal English-speaking skills. Additional languages preferred. 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
•    Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
•    Strong sales acumen and experience in subscription or leasing models, with a knack for customer-centric selling.
•    Skillful in analyzing market data, fleet needs, and operational costs to provide tailored solutions.
•    Basic understanding of EV technology, fleet management, charging infrastructure, and EV market trends.
•    Awareness of EV trends, leasing options, and subscription services, along with an understanding of customer pain points.
