- Analyzes and implements all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction.
- Complies and enforces Sarbanes Oxley and GDPR regulations to ensure that auditing meets compliance requirements.
- Interfaces with, consults and advises user community to facilitate their security needs and implements procedures to accommodate. Identify potential threats and responds appropriately.
- Monitors and ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security.
- Determines appropriate action for remediation and implementation when noncompliant situations are discovered.
- Analyzes, recommends, and implements changes to procedures and systems to enhance data systems security. Provides management with status reports on activities.
- Support team robot(s) in Blue Prism RPA environment.
- Creation and editing of PowerShell scripts used internally by team.
- Support JML process through Amazon Lambda workflows.
- Process and respond to requests submitted through the ServiceNow system and abiding by security guidelines and procedures.
- Provide technical support for enterprise applications as they relate to security functions and access. Interact and maintain effective relationships with other teams and locations and helps develop documentation as new processes and procedures evolve.
- Serve as Level 2 support for CSC analysts regarding security access issues and provides 24×7 on-call support via on-call rotation.
- Effectively applies fundamental concepts; works on assignments of moderate scope and complexity, with limited oversight; implements changes to procedures, and performs varied work, requiring some originality or ingenuity.
- Create and maintain security procedure and process documents on all system access.
- Aid and instruction to end users on access and identity related issues.
- Assist in producing reports on performance and key metrics provided by management.
- Incident management.
- Assist with development and implementation of improvements to the Identity and Access Management process.
- Assist in handling escalations from customers, colleagues, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent knowledge.
- Proficient knowledge of data management and security processes as they relate to Windows security with a strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory object management and creation, NTFS permissions, Mainframe RACF, UNIX, JCL, IBM utilities, TSO/ISPF, and CLISTs. Exchange/O365 experience helpful but not required.
- The ability to maintain regulatory compliance is required.
- Experience with programming languages like .NET. PowerShell experience is also required, including creation of scripts.
- Experience with AWD Lambda Workflows required.
- Experience with Blue Prism RPA environment is required.
- Minimum 5 years previous related work experience.

- Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication, decision making and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team and remote environment, adapt quickly to change and learn new applications or environments is required.
- Must be highly organized and maintain quality work while meeting deadlines.
