Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Lead Specialist in Regulatory Change IdentificationResponsibilities:

  • Monitor assigned regulatory authorities and review RCs identified by third-party vendors (e.g., CUBE) in the External Source Intake queue
  • Manually identify RCs in cases where no third-party subscription service is available
  • Conduct scope assessments with the assistance of P/F ICRM teams to determine applicability
  • Create and submit Regulatory Change Identification Records (RCIR) in CR&C-RC system including all required metadata: change summary, jurisdiction, regulator, compliance date, risk tier, and more
  • For non-NAM jurisdictions, perform preliminary assessments and assign RCs to relevant Assessment Units (AUs) and ICRM Regulation Coverage Leads
  • Identify and flag potential Extra-Territorial Regulations (ETRs) and collaborate with Global ETR Governance Forum as necessary
  • Ensure linkage between manual RC entries and automated system records (e.g., CUBE)
  • Track task execution against KPIs and escalate overdue statuses to senior management in accordance with program governance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory risk, or other control-related functions within a financial services firm, regulatory organization, or consulting/legal firm
  • Strong knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, regulatory frameworks, and regulatory change processes
  • Experience working with regulatory change monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., CUBE or similar)
  • Familiarity with assessment frameworks, risk taxonomy classification, and scope determination processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Very good command of English (oral and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, global organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
