We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Unified Communications Engineer to join our dynamic EPAM Unified Communications team.This role demands expertise in advanced communication technologies, including online conferencing, telephony, and contact center services, to drive impactful business solutions and solve complex challenges.ResponsibilitiesPlan and deploy Microsoft Teams services encompassing calls, meetings, and PSTN integrationsProvide high-level support for complex issues across multiple Unified Communications platformsOperate and optimize voice and video solutions in Azure, AWS, or GCP environmentsConfigure and ensure compliance for security assets, including AudioCodes SBCAutomate workflows and processes using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power AutomationLead the management and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 Copilot servicesArchitect Unified Communications solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiativesDevelop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adaptability to emerging technologiesRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience with Unified Communications technologies including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and potentially Cisco WebEx or Google MeetExpertise in telephony voice and video technologies and data networking designBackground in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as system administrationProficiency in Contact Center and CPaaS provider solutionsCapability to script using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for process automationNice to haveFamiliarity with Amazon Web Services and Linux-based setupsUnderstanding of telephony systems and VoIP/PBX technologiesFamiliarity with online video conferencing platformsWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
