With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.The roleAs a Lean Coordinator, you will be a part of the small Lynge Operations Excellence team and play a significant role in further roll-out of our SMART Lean concept and facilitate LEAN activities to promote the LEAN culture in our manufacturing site in Lynge.You will be working closely with our manufacturing departments reaching from microelectronic production and plastic production to Hearing Aid production. You will also become a member of the Global SMART Lean team collaborating across all our regions: Americas, EMEA and APAC.Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and facilitating the board management in the production departments ensuring progress to obtain best practice and full potential
  • Initiate, support, and follow up on local improvement projects by completing Gemba walks with managers and teams on-site, support facilitating Kaizen events, performing KATA and Root cause coaching
  • Facilitating Value Stream Mappings
  • Support Lean academy training for managers and employees together with Lean consultants
  • Progress the Smart Lean Program concept focusing on business processes, such as value/cost deployment and process improvement as well as implement methodologies to sustain long-term improvements

About youTo succeed in the role, you are experienced with LEAN and have a Sigma degree, with the desire to use your competencies to support and promote a LEAN culture.Experience:

  • Have relevant experience related to Continuous Improvement from Production or Engineering
  • Know the contents of the Lean toolbox and understand how, when, and where to choose and use the different tools
  • Have MS Office application skills on presentation level
  • Have good experience with Lean management in production context, and you know how to train managers and their team members in Lean thinking
