Your work environment

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group’s global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Talent & Learning Department.

Within this Department, you will be responsible for the GIE Learning team and will report both to the Head of Group Learning and the HRD GIE.

You will be a member of the Group Learning Management Team as well as of the Learning Leadership Team together with other Heads of Learning from our main Entities.

Your job and daily missions:

  • Design the Learning Strategy for the AXA headquarters in alignment with the Professional families and Business needs.
  • Drive the design of high-impact journeys and/or programs. Leverage digital & face to face learning to offer an effective learner experience, in close collaboration with external partners and HR colleagues (talent, culture, insight, communication, procurement, IT, Data privacy) with an agile and learner-centric mindset.
  • Manage a team of 3 Learning Partners and 1 English coach to ensure the implementation of the Learning Strategy on time and on budget.
  • Promote the continuous self-learning mindset and enable the transformation of the GIE AXA toward a learning organization.
  • Be the ambassador of the GIE AXA learning offer and drive needs analysis; identify and select most appropriate solution (e-learning, workshops, collective or individual approach …)
  • Promote e-learning within GIE AXA and make sure the programs are visible and well-communicated/known.
  • Ensure GIE AXA actively participates to the global L&D community (sharing best practices, promoting innovation…) and supports co-design initiatives with the Group Learning team and other Entities.
  • Promote Group HR programs in close partnership with the Group Learning team and make sure the right GIE AXA employees are selected with the HRBP’s support and enrolled for the identified programs. Adapt and launch AXA Global Programs.
  • Identify global or local vendors to provide high premium quality initiatives for competitive costs.
  • Stay ahead of market through participation in external networks, conferences.
  • Manage value, budget, planning and quality of deliverables.
  • Guarantee compliance of the Learning Department with Group Standards.

Qualifications

Technical and professional skills:

  • 5-10 years experience in the Learning field or in HR generalist role with a strong business partnership mindset
  • Good knowledge of various HR policies, processes and practices
  • Good knowledge of e-learning environment Strong project management skills & Learning design skills
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Negotiation & communication (written and oral) skills
  • Business French & English level
