What You’ll Do:
* Identify Needs: Work with business leaders to gather training requirements and ensure they align with strategic goals.
* Data-Driven Insights: Use data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights that will help optimise learning strategies.
* Improve Processes: Map business processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training operations.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with various stakeholders to ensure L&D initiatives align with business objectives.
* Measure Impact: Evaluate the success of training programs and recommend improvements based on results.
* Support Change: Assist in implementing change management strategies and ensure teams are well-equipped to adapt.
* Project Support: Manage or assist with the timely delivery of L&D projects, ensuring they meet business goals.

* Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
* Business Understanding: A deep understanding of how learning and development contribute to business success.

* Project Management Ability: Experience supporting or managing L&D initiatives.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), data analysis tools, and L&D technologies.
