Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging training sessions, including onboarding programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
• Handle training logistics such as scheduling, venue setup, and participant coordination
• Collaborate with team leads and subject-matter experts to create training content, materials, and multimedia tools
• Identify knowledge gaps and training needs through performance analysis and surveys
• Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, assessments, and post-session reviews
• Align training strategies with business goals in partnership with HR, department leaders, and external partners

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery or instructional design (experience in FinTech, Crypto, or Financial Institutions is a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Certification in training and knowledge of adult learning principles or competency-based training methodologies are advantageous
