We are looking for a passionate adult learning expert who will design and develop effective content, curriculum, and strategies for enterprise-wide development programs in support of strategic initiatives.Position OverviewIn this critical role, you will partner with key stakeholders within Learning & Talent Management, Human Resources, Culture, Diversity, and Belonging, and functional business units. You will design, build and deliver of high-impact, scalable, global learning programs that meet business objectives and embody our commitment to inclusion and our Culture Code. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to ensure that all training content aligns with organizational goals and user needs. The ideal candidate will apply adult learning theories and instructional design principles to create custom training materials that meet client needs and desired learning outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze training needs and determine the most appropriate training approach by applying trends and concepts from adult learning theory and instructional design principlesInterview and collaborate with subject-matter experts, guiding them through the course development process to ensure content accuracy and relevanceAuthor design documents to collect necessary data, raw content, and custom information to define desired learning outcomesDesign, develop, and revise custom content, authoring new content as neededWrite engaging, accurate and effective course content, including expository text, scripts for videos, talking points for executives, learning activities, job aids and assessment questionsAnalyze course activity and feedback to prioritize tasks for ongoing refinement and enhancementResearch strategies and industry best practices for creating engaging and interactive content for learnersCommunicate and collaborate with graphic designers and other partners to create unique, custom training materialsCoordinate and lead in-person learning sessions, webinars, live online sessions, and other engaging learning eventsRequired Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience in instructional designAbility to convert complex, technical information into easy-to-understand formatsOutstanding organization and prioritization skillsStrong attention to detail to produce high-quality and polished contentAbility to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environmentsKnowledge of adult learning theories, Bloom’s Taxonomy, instructional design models, and development of assessments / testingExperience making digital learning interactive, engaging, and socialExperience designing overall curriculum for defined audiencesAbility to develop interesting and engaging ways to present content that is relevant, meaningful, and consumable to learnersStrong ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships#LI -MB1Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
