Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That’s what makes us Roche.Please note that this is a 1-year fixed-term role.The OpportunityAs an Instructional Designer, your role is to support Roche Customers by developing and designing highly engaging learning materials and content. You will work closely in partnership with the Product Owners. The role reports directly to the Sub Chapter Lead Instructional Designer.In your role, you will develop learning assets for new processes and functionalities and translate business drivers into clear and consistent global learning content.Offer services from conception, instructional design of learning programs, and creation of digital learning experiences.Collaborate closely with the Learning Content Development Team consisting of SAP experts, Graphic Designers, and Global Product Owners in analyzing user needs and developing final learning asset concepts.Guide and approve the development of learning goals and objectives in collaboration with content Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Design instructional maps, learning journeys, structures, and storyboards to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Support learning needs analysis and select the best course formats and concepts for expected outcomes.Provide content SMEs with instructional design maps and templates for course content creation.Review and ensure the visual and structural quality of global learning templates, advising on necessary modifications for consistency and quality.Who you areProven certification in instructional design, educational technology, or similar fields.Proficiency with learning creation tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Vyond, and MURF, and solid knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems, ideally, Cornerstone.Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.Higher education (BA or MA degree) is preferred with excellent written and verbal EnglishOver 5 years of experience in instructional design, particularly in developing virtual instructions (blended learning) and visual layout/design, with experience in complex projects with ambitious milestones.In exchange we provide you withDevelopment opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
