Support staff are vital to ensuring that students achieve their full potential and become confident, resilient, and compassionate individualsIn this Learning Support role you will provide in and out of class support to assist pupils with SEND to help them achieve their best possible outcomes. This may be supporting with personal care and/or literacy and numeracy. This particular role will involve supporting pupils 1:1.Requirements
- Previous experience working with Pupils in a Primary/SEN setting.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (we can help with this of not)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Pro active and can work in a fast-paced environment
- 2 x references (including your last employer
