Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an academic post in the area of cardiac and respiratory physiology. The post holder will deliver teaching to undergraduate students, primarily on our Healthcare Science (Physiological Sciences) and Biomedical Science programmes, and will possess the expertise to contribute to other relevant undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. In addition, they will be expected to adopt a flexible approach to the development of scholarly, research and administrative activities to support the Centre.If you have a commitment to excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate education, can demonstrate a strong collegiate approach, and can integrate with scholarly/research activities within the school, we would love to hear from you.Applicants must hold a first degree and PhD in human physiology or a very closely related field, have familiarity with the UK HE system, and demonstrate the ability to contribute to academic activity across biomedical sciences.
