To this end, we’ve developed an effortless booking system that allows travelers to customize and book their dream trip in just a few clicks.As a pledge towards unwavering excellence, we’ve developed a sector-unique Travel Experience App, which helps travelers envisage the day ahead, receive real-time updates about their itinerary, and maintain total peace of mind knowing they have a direct line to 24/7 multilingual customer support.What you will you do?As a Legal Analyst, you will give support to create, review and update compliance and legal processes all over the company and will be a key partner for provider’s contracts matters, privacy and legal claims, among others.

  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, client contracts, and advisors agreement. Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and align with company policies.
  • Legal Compliance: Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws. Advise on legal risks and potential impacts on business operations.
  • Support in the ESG program development and application.
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance. Maintain corporate records and ensure legal documents are properly filed and organized. Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Litigation and claims Support: Collaborate with external counsel in managing litigation matters. Provide support in legal research and document preparation for legal proceedings and claims resolution.
  • Legal Analysis: Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Summarize findings and provide analysis to support legal decision-making.
  • Privacy: Support the DPO and manage GDPR, privacy and security regulations requirements.

Requirements

  • European Degree in Law and LL.M. in Professional Legal Practice or equivalent (preferably in Spain). Specialization in Legal Operations and Legal Project Management is a nice to have.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Law firm or In house role.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (both working languages) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated person with a can-do attitude, eager to continue learning.
  • Problem solver person, being able to identify potential issues and addressing them or escalating them when needed.
  • Interest in legal operations, ESG, technology, start-up environment, project management and/or product development.
