Our ClientA London headquartered global investment manager, is looking to strengthen their legal function with an experienced employment and benefits lawyer. The ideal candidate would be a well rounded corporate counsel and have 3-7 years PQE with a good practice background and a strong in-house secondment or in-house track record in a Tier 1 financial services environment, specialising in Employment & Benefits law.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on all employment related mattersDevelop and implement employment policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsHandle employment litigation mattersConduct internal investigations into employment mattersAdvise on disciplinary and grievance proceduresWork closely with HR and management teamsRequirements:Strong academic track recordMinimum 3 years’ post qualified experience.Must be an England & Wales qualified solicitorMulti-jurisdictional experience highly desirable – particularly Ireland and JerseyGood in-house secondment in a recognised CIB or Asset Manager – or in-house positionMust have the right to work in the UK – this role will not be sponsoredFor more information about this position, please get in touch with Octavian Donnelly.
