We provide legal, compliance, and export control advice to the Executive Board and all departments of our global organization. We foster open, transparent collaboration built on mutual trust. Regular knowledge exchange, continuous learning, and close cross-functional networking are integral to how we work – ensuring the quality, efficiency, and speed our stakeholders expect.YOUR TASKS:
- Advise management and international subsidiaries on a wide range of legal issues
- Provide legal support in drafting and negotiating national and international contracts – in both German and English
- Handle corporate law inquiries and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct training sessions on legal topics
- Collaborate closely with internal departments as well as external partners, customers, and suppliers worldwide
YOUR PROFILE:
- Law degree with two above-average state examinations
- Several years of professional experience in an internationally active industrial company or a law firm focused on commercial law
- Strong expertise in contract and commercial law
- Ideally, experience in drafting and negotiating international supply and distribution agreements
- Knowledge of IT law (e.g. software licensing, artificial intelligence, data law, Industry 4.0) is a plus
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style
- Confident demeanor, strong organizational skills, and excellent team and communication abilities
