If you are excited about solving game-changing challenges, cutting edge technologies and pushing the boundaries of entertainment, we invite you to join our journey and help us create the unknown.Job DescriptionAt Ubisoft’s International Headquarter, you will join our Legal team, which brings together various areas of expertise such as Business, Content, Data, Employment, Trademarks, etc.As an IT Legal Counsel, you will be at the heart of new technology issues at Ubisoft. Your tasks will include contract management as well as strategy development and risk assessment in order to best advise the teams in the interests of the company.Your responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating various IT agreements, mainly in English, including software licensing, cloud services, artificial intelligence, hosting, connectivity, development, integration, consulting, support and maintenance contracts.
- Sharing strategic and operational advice with IT teams by simplifying legal concepts and making them accessible.
- Supporting, coaching and training teams worldwide to promote best legal practices.
- Negotiating “workplace” contracts to ensure the smooth running of general services (building security, sports facilities, in-house events, etc.).
- Monitoring legal and technological developments likely to impact Ubisoft and the video game industry.
- Anticipating and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal practices and processes.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have some initial significant legal experience in the field of IT, new technologies, intellectual property law and contracts.If you’d like to join us and take up this challenge, and you recognise yourself in the following statements, then don’t hesitate!
- Ability to work on different types of IT contracts, to draft, negotiate and manage technological and security issues in various jurisdictions.
- General skills in new technology law.

- Reactive, autonomous and able to work as part of a team.
- Bilingual in English.
