Join our Contract Management team and support our Grid & Energy Management unit throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from acquisition to termination. You’ll help shape the legal framework of highly technical B2B projects and work closely with our group Legal department when disputes arise.Tasks inspiring youYou advise our teams and management on contract negotiations and support the entire contracting processYou draft, review, and negotiate contracts for complex technical projects and software solutionsYou support the resolution of legal disputes, particularly in the pre-litigation phase, in close collaboration with the PSI Group’s Legal departmentYou assess legal issues related to general terms and conditions (GTC), IT law, and public procurement lawYou also deal with adjacent legal areas such as data protection, IT security, and energy regulation lawQualifications that inspire usYou have a law degree (fully qualified lawyer or business lawyer) with a focus on civil and contract lawIdeally, you bring first relevant professional experience in contract lawYou enjoy working on legal matters in technically complex environmentsYou’re interested in GTC, IT, and procurement law – and also curious about related fields such as data protection and energy lawYou’re fluent in both German and EnglishYou work independently, think analytically, and enjoy collaborating with othersLook forward to
