Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 08About The Role:We are currently looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and knowledgeable candidate to fill the role of Legal Operations Specialist in the Legal Strategy & Operations Team, based in EMEA. This individual will provide valuable support to various aspects of the Team’s operational work, and will assist our user community by providing guidance on the tools used by the legal department such as DocuSignCLM & eSignature, MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams. The selected candidate should strive for continuous service improvement and provide efficient and effective support to end users. They should display sound judgment when making decisions and demonstrate initiative when a situation calls for action. The candidate will help to drive adoption of our operational systems and processes, while providing world-class support and service to the user community.The Team:The Legal Strategy & Operations team oversees:

  • Internal and external legal procedures and processes, working closely with the global business operations teams
  • Legal template documentation
  • The continued development, use and adoption of DocuSign CLM
  • Knowledge-management repository
  • Management of legal projects and reporting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal systems such as DocuSign CLM and eSignature, Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Assisting with the knowledge management repository, including filing and document storage.
  • Provide operations support to a global cross-functional user community, respond to incoming service requests in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and resolve problems associated with agreement generation, workflow routing, and digital signature requests.
  • Perform project and program management as needed.
  • Assist users with DocuSign reporting functionality, run internal and customer reports.
  • Perform agreement governance, inventory, and manage controls.
  • Assist in development, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines.
  • Document all actions performed to resolve issues, keep knowledge base of known issues, and develop solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years in systems operations role.
  • Tech savvy candidate.
  • Knowledge of DocuSignCLM, DocuSign eSignature and Salesforce – basic understanding of content life cycle management, task automation workflows, document generation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams.
  • Knowledge of using work automation tools (e.g. GenAI tools) and development expertise to create and deliver time and effort saving efficiencies in support of End User Services.
  • Legal background nice to have.
  • Business relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong team player but also able to work independently.
  • Can do attitude, proactive, responsive.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent English.
