IRC225221 – LEGAL & REGULATORY AFFAIRSAt Eni, we are looking for a Legal & Regulatory Affairs – Department Manager within Plenitude Iberia in Lisbon. You will be responsible for legal matters involving the company, from consumer claims to the effective management of the company’s legal proceedings. You will need to maintain effective communication with the energy regulator and will carry out a detailed study of current, past, and future legislation, and as a result, will be a partner in the development of new business areas.About Plenitude IberiaPlenitude is an energy benefit company that integrates the retail business and renewable generation with self-consumption and electric mobility solutions, providing electricity and gas to more than 10 million homes and businesses across Europe, which offers a range of great career opportunities for the whole team. This membership represents a major European project integrating the renewables business with the retail business, which will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.As a member of the Legal Affairs Department, at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for:· Management and response to complaints from ERSE, DECO, Arbitration Centers or directly from the end consumer.· Managing of legal proceedings in which the company is immersed with updated reporting directly to the Head of Legal, Regulatory & Compliance.· Supporting in matters of debt collection to the various companies that collaborate with Plenitude.· Studying the casuistry of consumer complaints, reporting on them and searching for solutions for their effective resolution.· Proactivity to adapt current and future regulations in the company’s day-to-day running and collaboration with other departments to ensure their effective implementation.· Autonomous monitoring of assigned tasks, filtering those that can be reported.· People management.· Maintaining a direct relationship with the Iberia department to form contracts of any kind (Service Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, Software agreements, PPAs, Purchase Agreements of goods…etc) that affect the Portuguese Branch.This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:· Graduate/Licentiate in Law.· Legal studies in the energy sector or performance of similar functions in an energy company, preferably a trading company.· Knowledge of consumer protection is a plus.· High level of English is a must.Location:LisbonContract type:PermanentAt Eni we believe in enterprising people, capable of making a difference and making their contribution with passion and innovation, to respond to the global challenges of the energy transition.
