Do you have experience managing confidential information and conducting thorough research? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.As a Legal Risk Analyst, the successful candidates’ primary responsibility is to meticulously assess new requests and potential risks within the legal domain. This entails conducting comprehensive research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and mitigate any potential conflicts of interest.Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing intake requests to ensure comprehensive information regarding new or existing clients.
  • Conducting thorough research using conflicts database and other resources.
  • Data entry, search, and analysis into conflicts and new matter intake systems.
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts and legal/commercial issues in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct research via external sources to establish corporate structures and management profiles.
  • Verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy of conflicts checks.
  • Liaise with other regions to obtain conflict clearances globally.
  • Perform data analysis and notify stakeholders of any issues.
  • Assist with anti-money laundering due diligence for existing clients.
  • Identify and escalate sanctions and reputational issues.
  • Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and resolve challenges.

  • Bachelor’s degree, legal education is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher), essential for international communication.
  • Prior experience in risk analysis and managing confidential information.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Methodical approach to work and ability to prioritize effectively.
