This Global Corporate Services firm are hiring an experienced Rewards Manager to lead on Compensation and Benefits strategy globally for the organisation. Talent in the organisation is a key driver, therefore it is essential they have well thought out and cohesive policies to deliver on attraction, retention and growth plans. In this highly successful organisation you will have all the tools at your hand to deliver excellence in this role.In your role you will:

  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues, senior stakeholders and the Global Head of HR to develop and implement strategic rewards policies and initiatives to suit business needs.
  • Benchmarking, salary surveys, identify competitors, and develop a framework for global and local policies.

Work with external vendors. * Ensure compliance, regulatory requirements and keep updated with laws and changes to the existing laws.

  • Build an effective reporting structure to deliver better decision making across the business.
  • Work with the Executive Team on strategic related projects.

It is essential you have a track record in a corporate Compensation and Benefits role of no less than 5 years working strategically and are used to collaborating with the Senior Leadership team. Ideally from a Financial or Professional Services environment. You will have an impressive academic track record as well.Apply for immediate consideration.
