Job description

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide essential support to a team of 4-5 lawyers. Your duties will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and billing.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in English and French.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the department.

  • Experience: Prior experience in a law firm is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Perfect fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Skills: Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
