This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established Real Estate Finance department, and work alongside a leading Partner, with a substantial book of business worth over £350K.With this being a unique opportunity, the firm is looking for someone with a good understanding of real estate finance work. They are looking for an individual who can come in and hit the ground running and assist on high value transactions from day one.The Firm:

• Specialises in Real Estate Finance – both secured lending and bridging finance.
• Attracts top-tier Partners across the different types of Property, as well as in Litigation, Construction, and Finance.
• Aims to become a leader in various legal fields.
• Described as modern, vibrant, and highly entrepreneurial.

The Role:

• Based in London’s West End.
• The team is highly tiered in the Legal 500.
• Not a typical Legal Secretarial role, this would suit someone with a strong legal understanding of property finance
• Ambitious, hardworking attitude is crucial
• Partners are willing to invest in developing your skills.
