Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Vos missions :

• Contribution à l’activité de l’équipe corporate et droit boursier ; Veille règlementaire et législative en matière de droit des sociétés, droit boursier et de gouvernement d’entreprise ;
• Analyse de problématiques de droit des sociétés en lien avec l’activité du Groupe et l’actualité du droit des sociétés et droit boursier ;
• Recherches juridiques et rédaction de notes et de mémos juridiques ;
• Participer à la gestion du portefeuille de sociétés du Groupe et du suivie du secrétariat juridique (revue de documents, rédaction de procès-verbaux ;formalités
• Appui à la réalisation d’opérations exceptionnelles (augmentations de capital, fusions, TUP, …) des sociétés du Groupe ;
• Appui à la rédaction de la documentation sociale des sociétés du Groupe ;
• Suivi des mandats sociaux du groupe ;
• Support aux juristes de l’équipe dans leurs tâches quotidiennes de manière ponctuelle.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Profil:

• Master 2 en droit (droit des sociétés, droit boursier ou droit des affaires) ou DJCE ;
• Anglais courant ;
• Adaptabilité et bonne capacité à communiquer ;
• Sens du travail en équipe ;
• Bonne capacité d’organisation du travail de façon autonome ;
• Volonté de produire des résultats.
