As part of the Onsite Support Services environment, you must function successfully in a team environment with a constant focus on customer satisfaction and meeting service levels.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control daily service call activity, utilization, inventory levels and service levels
• Exceptional customer service
• Resolving technical problems with hardware, software and connectivity.
• Troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining agreed upon service levels for customer contact and resolve
• Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems.
• Ability to work effectively with Logistics
• Adherence to assigned schedule
• Adhering to documented policies, procedures and processes for NSC Global and customer specific.
• Clear and concise documentation of all customer interaction within appropriate CRM tool.
• Able to function in a team environment
• Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur
• Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products
• Continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications:Key CompetenciesTechnical:

• Proficient in Computer and Printer Hardware
• Proficient in Common Software applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Operating system
• Proficient in Customer Service Aptitude
• Basic knowledge in Networking
• Basic knowledge in VPN and Wireless
• Basic knowledge in Ticketing software

Non-Technical:

• Basic knowledge in ability to multi-task
• Basic knowledge in Support Values and Principles of NSC Global
• Basic knowledge in Oral and written communication skills
• Valid B category driver’s license
• English at least on B2 level
