Are you a Band 8b Clinical Psychologist looking for a leadership locum role across two well-established mental health services? This is an exciting opportunity with great pay, flexibility, and the option for hybrid working!Key Details:

• Job Title: Lead Clinical Psychologist (Band 8b)
• Location: Exeter & Weston-super-Mare
• Duration: Ongoing contract
• Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week) or condensed hours over 4 days

• Option: 2 days per site + 1 remote working day
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: TBC
• Rate of Pay: £60 per hour (Umbrella, negotiable based on experience)

A Day in the Life of a Lead Clinical Psychologist:Join our team as a Lead Clinical Psychologist and make a real difference across two key mental health sites:✔ Site 1 (Exeter): 36-bed acute mental health unit – focus on assessment & formulation for short-stay patients
✔ Site 2 (Weston-super-Mare): 24-bed level 2 rehab unit – focus on longer-term individual & group therapy
✔ Clinical oversight & leadership across both well-established sites with strong MDT support
✔ Supporting MDTs, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality psychological care

£45 per hour
