You do not necessarily need to have a forklift license or have extensive experience using reach- and counter balance forklifts, but we will prefer candidates who does.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative and responsibility for their work. In IKEA, there is space to be who you are, so you just need to be yourself.Key responsibilities (title) What you’ll be doing day to dayKey responsibilities (text) Your primary task will be picking customer orders using manual labor, a pallet lifter or a forklift. Therefore, it is not unlikely that you will pack and handle several tons of goods every day. When orders are being expedited online or in the stores, your job is to find and pack the goods for the customers, and secure that the right goods are packed as fast as possible and without any damages and flaws. You primarily work independently, but with colleagues close by.Your tasks will be primarily:

  • Picking and packing orders for customer both from the stores and online, which also includes click & collect orders
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the department and equipment
  • Proactively securing the safety of our warehouse
  • Working together with colleagues from different backgrounds.

  • Your work shifts will be 13:15 PM-22:15 PM. We work most weekdays, every second Saturday, and one Sunday a month
  • Salary within union agreement with HK, including pension, odd hour payment and fritvalgskonto
