At Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe (HCEE), we deal with the sales, marketing and service of Construction Equipment and Material Handling equipment in Europe.We have over 100 dealers in 30 countries in Europe, selling our world class equipment and parts to clients.In our headquarters we strive to offer an excellent service to all stakeholders and to do so, we are constantly looking for motivated new colleagues to join our team.Do you share our ambitions to be the best?At the moment we are looking for a motivated high potential to join our Customization Center in Beveren (Antwerp) as a Logistics Coordinator.In our customization center, we are receiving complete and partly finished construction equipment and forklifts. The customization center is responsible for completion of those machines (assembly of front attachments), for installation of regional options and for pre-delivery inspection.What can you expect from this challenging job?In this job, you will monitor and control all the day-to-day logistics activities (inbound & outbound transport) and administration, including:Develop short- or medium-term work schedules in order to achieve planned commitments.Controlling and approving invoices (for e.g. logistics, transport, local purchases, port costs …) and collecting credit notes.Quality claim handling.Follow up homologation documents.Inbound: follow-up of B/L, follow-up and prioritize truck transport, manage the yearly agreements with suppliers …Outbound: prepare and follow-up machine shipping lists, arrange Inventory control, prepare documents …Order parts necessary to complete machines in a timely way.Technical insight is needed. You need to be able to interpret technical drawings.You also evaluate different transport options and identify alternative suppliers, analyze logistics data, improve processes and procedures and you suggest cost saving improvements.Are you the new colleague we are looking for?You have a Bachelor degree in Logistics or equivalent through experience and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.You are fluent in Dutch and English.You have excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.Preferably you have experience with SAP.You are a good planner and have a logical and analytical mind.You are flexible and a good problem solver.You are well organized and an efficient multitasker.You are always looking for improvements and means to work more efficiently.You are triggered by an international environment and like to work with different cultures.What do we offer?You get the opportunity to work at one of the world’s leading machine manufacturers.
