We are looking for a logistics employee for a large medical company specialized in clinical research in Zaventem. You will be joining the Set-up team.
This is a temporary assignment until the end of December.Your tasks:– You are responsible for logistics coordination of low to moderately complex studies.
– You continuously work to improve supply chain and logistic processes.
– You provide country-specific information about courier assignment, courier setup, starter packs.
– You provide general information about import/export requirements (IoR questions).
– You handle queries about courier capabilities (transit time, Latest Call Time, Latest Pickup Time).
– You make requests to initiate invoice templates.
– You make requests for items regarding the manufacturer information and certificates.Profiel Your profile:-You have very good spoken and written knowledge of English
-You have experience with shipment and stock control
-You are detail and client oriented
