  • Provide strong leadership and strategic vision.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate an expert level of understanding of relevant legislation, guidance, and best practice.

You will need detailed knowledge of the national agenda linked to adult safeguarding, and an understanding of the current issues in Lewisham and London, including associated legislation, practice guidance and research underpinning safeguarding work.What we’re looking forWe are seeking a highly committed and experienced individual who has the gravitas, personality, and communication skills to help harness the collective efforts of Board partner agencies, other relevant organisations, and local communities in preventing adult abuse and neglect.LocationThe LSAB Business Unit Team is based in Laurence House, Catford, although much of our work is delivered online, so we operate a hybrid approach.
