The Role:

 

Oxfam has a network of c 550 shops UK wide whose aim is to attract new supporters every day and make as much money as possible to support Oxfam’s programme work. This role supports that estate by operating as part of the Property Services Team to facilitate maintenance of Oxfam retail properties.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • Organisation to work effectively – Ability to self manage a busy workload, including administration, communications, managing others, and working in partnership with shop teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate instructions and objectives clearly.
  • Ability to manage and coach effectively.
  • Able to work on own initiative to resolve problems without supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a calm approach to deal with volume, complexity and a variety of work, often under pressure.
  • Ability to work within Oxfam’s values.
  • Very good numerical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
