- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the Irish construction or maintenance sectors.
- Recognised qualification in a relevant field or demonstrated extensive practical experience.
- Proficiency with Permit to Work systems.
- Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
- Strong technical acumen coupled with effective project management and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative and the capacity to prioritise duties efficiently under limited supervision.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to create realistic plans that consider contingencies and balance multiple variables.
- Proven track record in delivering cost-effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- A full, clean driving license.
As a Maintenance Contract and Account Manager:
- Oversee client requirements for designated accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all contractual matters from initial evaluation through to contract execution.
- Organise and control both pre-planned and reactive maintenance work on client sites, covering a wide range of building services systems and equipment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure the timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Source and secure plant and equipment to fully respond to client requirements.
- Maintain continuous communication with both clients and internal management to ensure that SLAs and scopes of work are met, addressing stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare and deliver services, reports, quotations, and contracts in accordance with client and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to review and manage contractual work requirements.
- Attend client site meetings and monthly review sessions to discuss ongoing and future projects.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with QMS ISO9001:2015 standards.
